The heart of SportsMark's logistical operations is SportsManager®, a proprietary database management application. Designed and developed in house, SportsManager® fills the diverse data management requirements necessary for managing complex, multiday events, such as an Olympic program. SportsManager® is highly modular and can be used for real-time client reports on all aspects of a client's program, including guest profiles, VIP attendee rosters, guest itineraries, hotel rooming lists, transportation manifests, food & beverage schedules, gift sizing, ticket management, etc.
SportsMark's web-based registration and ticket management systems provide the client and guest interface into SportsMark's data management systems. The registration platform provides the client management tools and the guest invitation, information, and enrollment forms. The ticket management platform enables clients to distribute ticket allocations according to the business rules and processes established for the sponsorship program.
Post-event analysis is aided by SportsMark's registration and survey tools. Guest attendance can be tracked through registration, follow-up surveys, and post-event purchasing analysis using the required evaluation tool that the client wants to use.
On-site IT Services
SportsMark provides onsite IT services to our clients for internet connectivity and equipment requisition. We have also supported internet cafes and business centers for dozens of programs at the Olympics, FIFA World Cup™, and other international events. Support for the internet cafes and business centers includes the full range of site evaluation, infrastructure planning and build-out, telecom requisition, hardware and software setup, and on-site management of the facility and support the guests.
